Extremely understaffed, nobody on duty at the main yard overnight for the drivers. On the bright side their day people are excellent, and are run off their feet. Every yard C.A.T. owns is one step away from being condemned. They have zero concerns for driver comfort or the hygiene of their yards. The Mississauga yard is a place where a Hazmat suit is almost necessary due to the filth.

I gave this company 1 star only for the mechanics, do not go work here, they will rob you blind. This company can't realize that without the driver the office people have no jobs. Melissa sits on her high horse never talking any feedback from the drivers, you always have to understand her point of view but she can never understand the driver's point of view.
