The convenience of skill, location and schedule had me thinking I was going to be ok. BUT the extreme micro management, job loss threats, childs play and clicks shannagans sent me out the front door. As bad as I wanted the job and as bad as they need me it was an awful fit. Go figure! To loss an employee like me was an ultimate shame on Caswell and the management.
