Very poor customer service. Without even looking, the rep said he didn't have what I wanted in stock, even though it said online it was available in store. Surprise, they indeed did have what I needed. It took me 25 minutes to purchase an item in store that should have been 5 minutes in and out for one specific item. The rep was less than helpful, and not real friendly. Contacted DXL corporate on Monday. It took 4 days and multiple calls and emails to get someone to contact me. No resolution, just an apology.
