Usually, the employee gives customers a hard time if they don't let the employee hold their bag or pocketbook. This can get to the point of the employeee being rude. Also, frequently, they will not have my size pants in stock, and I have to make 1 or 2 more trips to find the size I need. The store is clean and neat..
