Although a customer for 20+ years, my latest experience was anything but positive .. After waiting nearly 6 months for my furniture to fully arrive (damaged the first time it was shipped), we discovered that the Sunbrella cushions that were recommended to go with our ~$8K pool chaise lounge/ chair, table set were not water resistant. Just bought a fireplace log insert here and they were absolutely fantastic! Salama helped me and she couldn’t have been nicer. I had been dealing with another company for over two months trying to get this done for my house and it was painful.
