Friendly and professional
We needed a replacement pole for the lower half of the umbrella we purchased here 2 years ago. We expected to have to purchase a new one, because who would stock the parts? But Causual Living does! They keep a supply of replacement parts for their umbrellas! We were blown away! Quality products and quality people.
Very knowledgeable & friendly. Polywood furniture is great & worth the money. Save a few $ and buy through them because assembly is included.
