Bridget was phenomenal with her assistance as we put together a furniture ensemble for our screened porch! The staff are knowledgeable and have great design ideas. We so loved the store and all its offerings. I cannot wait to return for more outdoor accessories.
We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of a firepit dining set. Jane listened to what we wanted and presented a couple of options. Even tough we were unable to actually see the items in the showroom, Jane assisted us in making the perfection selection to meet our needs. Once delivered, the dining set exceeded our expectations. We purchased new custom fireplace doors about 2 months ago. Susan helped us order, and set up an installation appointment. Everything went as she said it would, no problems at all. A few weeks after installation, Susan called to check and make sure everything went well and that we were satisfied. We are very satisfied with our new doors and the service we received.
We were so pleased at how Andrea at Casual Furniture World handled our claim. We got everything they promised and they delivered. In fact they actually did deliver: the repaired umbrella was delivered directly to our house. The cost to do the repair was reasonable.
