Casual Furniture World handled a warranty claim for us and did a great job offering support through the process. The specialist (Andrea) communicated throughout the process and handled the paperwork. We are so pleased with our purchase and will continue as a customer. Our sales rep (Logan) was also excellent!
Logan was so helpful! She helped me get the perfect outdoor fireplace setup and at a great price.
Logan Stewart was so friendly, professional, knowledgable and just a pleasure to work with in the ordering of two chairs and cushions for the chairs. She worked with me for about 15 minutes after closing when I saw the chairs. She did not complain or get in a rush to close.
I Have purchased multiple pieces of outdoor furniture in the last few months. This company and Logan in particular have been great to work with and very responsive to any questions or needs that I had. In today's world it is a rarity to find a company that cares about its customers and I for one am happy to pay a bit more money to have this type of service.
