One of our fireplace logs broke. We reached out to Trey, who had sold us the fireplace insert, and he connected us with Andrea who helped us with a warranty claim to replace the log. She handled the whole process for us: contacting the manufacturer, getting the tracking information and even following up to make sure we had received the replacement and had no more issues. Great customer service!
