I am sitting here reading alllll of these reviews saying what great service and response times. I have tried calling Nick fives times since June 2022 (plus emails) to get information. No response. I am a little dumbfounded because in the beginning he seemed so eager to help. I just need assistance. ? Why? Why won't you respond
Nick personally guided me through what part I needed, and how to replace it. Saved me a ton of time and money! Not used to getting such great customer service. I wish more companies copied his approach!

I highly recommend Nick and Casual Furniture Solutions. We needed a new Treasure Garden umbrella replacement frame and we found Casual Furniture Solutions. I saw that Nick posted his name and phone number and was shocked to call and he actually answered! That does not seem to happen much these days. Anyway, his price was comparable to my local retailer, but he was able to get it to me sooner. He gave me an estimated time frame and he actually beat it!
