Now closed, this was a satellite store of Patio & Flame in Kittery ME. Entire business is run by a completely UNSCRUPULOUS SCAMMER. Paid over $5K for a teak furniture set. Eight months later, we have never received the full order (we have gotten 1 out of 7 items in the set). Owner (Laine Chase) refuses to commit to providing us with the items, and refuses to offer a refund. Excuse after lame excuse, but never an honest answer. Very Friendly and high quality. I dropped in to see what they had. The owner helped us to find good fit. I was very impressed that he did not try to up sell us and actually did the opposite and helped us to locate what we needed at a good value.
BEST PLACE FOR YOUR OUTDOOR FURNITURE!! I'm a research shopper when it comes to finding the best quality with the best pricing and located locally! When shopping for my outdoor living spaces, I need to see & feel the products.
