Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried enquiring 6 times now. I have filled out there online enquiry form, phoned, left messages, spoke to some guy who said they would call back or respond to my enquiry and still have heard nothing, I first enquired early January. Pathetic service to say the least - its like they don't even want to do business.
Excellent service and follow up. We had a minor issue three years after the fence was installed. Reece and his team followed up to ensure the fence was repaired to our satisfaction. Highly recommended
Letterbox fitted this morning expertly installed & looking very smart!
Started off professional, arrived on time although there were errors with the stone that was then blamed on us including additional cost. Expansion Joint missing and no one came back to fix. The overall experience was just disappointing.
