Went here to get mortgage documents notarized. The job got done BUT we listened to long complaints about how the Alberta lawyers were doing it wrong or foolishly then were charged $600 for his troubles. To be fair, the documents seemed overly complex given the purpose but the objective was to fill them in; not charge us for opinions that are simply not helpful.
