What stood out to me was the driver. They were patient, polite, and didn’t make me feel rushed getting in or out of the vehicle. It was a comfortable ride.
My appointment didn’t finish exactly when I expected, but the team was helpful when I called about the ride home. I appreciated being able to speak with someone and work out the pickup.
Castro is an excellent non medical transportation service. Castro listens to you & meets your requests.
I paid privately for transportation to an appointment. Castro & Sons explained the trip details beforehand, and the ride went smoothly. I’d use them again.
We booked a wheelchair accessible van for my family member. The driver took their time helping us get situated and treated them with respect. That made a real difference.
