If I could give 0 stars I would.... I have been with the company since 2009 and it was always a good experience until the son took over Since the son has taken over the company is diminishing and the son is a bully and gaslights everyone.... And it has made me not want to deal with the company unless the father comes back to take over again
This is my first time using this company. Dispatcher was nice and called to confirm my son’s appointment. My driver was also nice and gave me their company card so I could call when we were finished.
