Have had a castlery couch and bed for the past year (no pets and no kids). The quality is terrible; both the couch and bed material have become scratchy and have a lot of lint gather. We now need to buy new furniture again. Initially we opted for the white glove service and that too was terrible; the couch was never put together properly and comes apart everytime you sit on the chaise section. The bed took 2 visits and 3 weeks to complete. NOT happy.
Transport / Delivery caused damage on flooring and Support refused to offer a fair and reasonable solution. Took over 4 weeks to get a offer which was appalling for the brand and extremely disappointing overall experience.
3 weeks of back and forth and no solution, they delivered a table with scratches and marks all over it. They are so frugal they are trying to get me to pay even more to replace it?! I don’t get how companies like this can scam you, they need to be held accountable . Next stop is getting ACCC involved
We have had such a positive experience with Castlery. The customer service staff were great to deal with from the time we ordered our furniture and the delivery was seamless. Andrian and Marwan from Balo Group, who delivered our sofas, were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful, thank you guys! And the sofas look and feel exceptional. Thank you, Castlery
Rip off - ordered the Bradley table and bench. The table and bench arrived with marks on it, pretty much second hand. Customer service have been shocking, still no solution to replace or be accountable for it. You trust online companies with your money and they give you nothing in return. Regretful purchase - avoid at all costs
