Brittany at Castlery provided exceptional service from start to finish. We came in to buy a sofa and kitchen table, and she went well beyond just helping us choose — she took the time to help us plan our space, working through the dimensions to make sure everything would fit together nicely. Her product knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Brittany if you visit.
Terrible decision to buy from this company. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Our orders have been repeatedly delayed, some were only partially delivered, and some items arrived with the wrong screws and fittings. We even paid extra for White Glove Service, yet we still have furniture sitting in our home unassembled and unusable.
