Purchased a bed, side tables and drawers from Castlery. Whilst we are super happy with the furniture, the delivery was horrendous. Delivery company had our furniture for 10 days and did not contact me, I ended up contacting them and they told me they would come on a day that suits them, no compromising. Paid for white glove delivery only to be told on the day that there was missing parts so they couldn’t finish assembling the bed and left it standing on its side in our bedroom. Process was very professional. Good communication and delivery was 2 months earlier than anticipated. White glove delivery was seamless. Dining table and chairs are divine. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
Products were great but the service was even better, special thanks to Jaya for helping us sort our the purchase and delivery.
