Order arrived well after delivery date estimate and required multiple phone calls as the courier said on three occasions that they were on their way and then never arrived, even with an authority to leave signed. Bar stools arrived and were not at all the colour that they appeared on the website. Bar stools were returned and immediately incurred an exorbitant 30% "restocking fee".
