Amazing service and support from Rubini! I've bought a variety of things from Castlery at this point already, and the quality has been consistent. But I'm glad to know that they are also eager to help. So I'm definitely shopping here again soon.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Everything is overpriced, poor quality, and the after-sales service is a joke. My order (Auburn Bed, Mika side tables, and Arch Lamp with “white glove” delivery) arrived faulty across multiple items. The bed was missing parts and still hasn’t been resolved after two weeks. The bedside table drawer jams and doesn’t open, and instead of replacing it, they offered to send parts. We are enjoying our new couches and appreciate the great quality of them. We had an issue with a very small but noticeable stain on a part of the fabric and their customer service rep, Shalinee was super helpful in getting that resolved. Issues do arise but we don’t mind paying a little more for quality and responsiveness!
