Andrii has amazing customer service and friendly, and he fixed the issue perfectly and properly and made sure to explain what he was doing so we could understand, All the repairs that have been done by him have been done so well. Thank you for the excellent service

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Castle Ridge Estates is extremely disappointing when it comes to maintenance and basic upkeep. Requests for repairs are either ignored, delayed for unreasonable lengths of time, or only partially addressed after repeated follow-ups. It often feels like tenant concerns are not taken seriously unless they become impossible to ignore. On top of that, the rent being charged is completely out of step with the condition of the units.
