Had a couple of issues with a consultation, to their credit the clinic got in touch and addressed my concerns. Good customer service is about doing what is right when things don’t go to plan, and these clinicians delivered on that.
Pretty poor. I've been here in the past and it's been fine -this time was dismal. The physio failed to understand what i was explaining about symptoms (telling me it was tennis elbow until i reminded her it was my wrist, then changed her mind) -telling me to get an ultrasound, then saying i didn't need one, telling me to strap my wrist up and do isometric exercise - when i asked what exercises, i got no answer. I asked what gym exercises i should avoid, and again, shrugged shoulders and no information. The session was 10 min... read more
