Very poor service. You pay them all the money $$$ for your project, and they will forget for months. It becomes responsibility to chase them for the order.
I regularly purchase supplies and use Castle Home Surplus for cabinets and design services. Their customer service is top-notch, and their prices are great. A special shoutout to Rose, Mamady, Lolita, Max, and Ty! they’ve been outstanding! Highly recommend!

I never heard about this place. My contractor referred me. When I tell you. I was not disappointed at all. Ms. Lolita was amazing in assisting me. She answered all my questions. It was a little mix up.in 1 of my cabinets. I called her and explained to her what happened. Ms. Lolita took care of the issue with no problem. Ms Lolita customer service was a 10 out if a 10. I highly recommend when shopping for cabinets check out CASTLE WHOLESALERS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
