Used the male toilets on the ground floor last Friday 29/05/2026, the last urinal on the right was blocked, full of urine and water and urine nearly flooding out onto the floor, used the same facilities today, 02/06/2026, the same urinal was still blocked, and to top it off the place where you wash your hands was also blocked and appeared to have what looked like flaky pastry from a cake blocking the drain and floating to a depth of about 2 inches for the whole length of the drain. Castle Towers is easily one of the best shopping centres in Sydney. I’m there all the time and it just keeps getting better. First off, the layout is great. Everything’s easy to find and the centre is always spotless. The staff and cleaning team do an amazing job keeping it fresh, especially in the bathrooms and food court. Parking is another big win.
