Castle Rock does shady business practices. They changed interest rates that I was quoted, I caught that one and the fact they didn't check FIXED APR. I missed that they charged me $3200 origination fee and was lied to at closing that it was for points. I have an 820 credit score, I don't need to pay for points. The explanations I got from them is, " I didn't get a $1200 corona virus check..... Well, you signed it....... Everything we did was perfectly legal. They take advantage of disabled vets, don't do business with them!
Jessica was the absolute best in assisting us with the purchase of our home. She was available morning, noon and night with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We definitely recommend Jessica for any of your mortgage needs.
