Melinda is very professional and knowledgeable and her downtown Castle Rock location is very convenient. I had read about the benefits of red light therapy for weight loss and was eager to try it. After 8 sessions, I am down 9 pounds and have lost over 6 inches from my waist and thighs. The sessions are so relaxing, I often doze off and enjoy the mid-day nap. I highly recommend her.
