We have been banking at this bank, the Farmington location, and primarily dealing with Joan Shafer for over 10 years. I wouldn't bank anywhere else! Joan is a wonderful person to deal with. However, I have never met anyone at Castle Rock who isn't incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this bank.
