So glad and grateful to have my mom at CRAL! The caregivers are so thoughtful and observant. They really pay attention to each resident and get to know what they need. They always notice right away if something is off and they work so hard to make them comfortable. The owners/administrators are super helpful and communicative. Having their help and expertise has made a difficult situation so much more manageable. Five stars isn’t enough!

My cousin is in hospice at the Woodhouse Lane home. What a blessed find. The staff are kind and give such wonderful care. I’m so grateful.

My mom suffers from Alzheimer’s and I couldn’t ask for a better place for her. The owner, caregivers and other staff are amazing. It feels like a home, and not a sterile care facility. Everyone is kind and treats the residents/patients with dignity, kindness, love and overall quality care. Could not recommend this place any more!

We are so grateful to have Diane at CRAL. As a hospice nurse I have the advantage of knowing all the area facilities. When the time came for more care due to Alzheimer’s, we moved my mother-in-law from Ohio to live at CRAL. What makes CRAL special is the individual attention and compassion of the staff. They the lowest staff to resident ratios. They keep us well informed and I always know Diane is being kept safe. As live in caregivers, they treat her like family. My mom suffers from vascular dementia and ultimately needed more care. She moved into Castle Rock Assisted Livings Woodhouse home several months ago. It has been better than we could have ever imagined. Mom is safe and well cared for by the extremely well trained and caring staff. The home is clean and bright and mom just loves it. When we go out for a bit she is always happy to return and often says “I just love it here”
