Fantastic staff that care about their residents. The facility is well kept and offers great meals in-house for the residents. The owner has thought out the facilities and delivers quality with kindness and love to the residents and their families.

This review is long overdue. My father had Parkinson's that had progressed to a point where he wasn't comfortable trying to manage his own care any longer. He lived in VA at the time. He asked me to find an assisted living facility here in CO for him to move into (refused to live with me and "burden" me). Through a series of events, we chose CRAL - Rose Petal. Best decision ever. My mom moved to the Rose Petal house in September 2023 after being diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer. Although she was only 70 years old, her disease was too severe for us to adequately care for her at home. Gina, the owner, and the entire staff of the Rose Petal house were such a huge blessing to our family during a difficult season. April, Fritz, Patrick, and Jovie were like instant family for us, and my mom loved them dearly.
