Staff were welcoming and friendly. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered our many questions about Castle Pointe. The environment was clean, and up to date. The food was delicious and more than one person could eat. We would highly recommend Castle Pointe for anyone looking for an outstanding Adult Living Community.

I wish my mother would move out of Baywinde. I think the staff who work in dining and house cleaning do their best to take good care of the residents there. But I have no confidence that the leadership of the facility cares about the residents or their concerns. While living at Baywinde there have been several incidents of Baywinde staff entering my mother's residence while she has been out and without her permission.
