very clean facility. The receptionist Deana is the bomb very beautiful and classy. Everyone is a whole vibe including the resident
I wish my mother would move out of Baywinde. I think the staff who work in dining and house cleaning do their best to take good care of the residents there. But I have no confidence that the leadership of the facility cares about the residents or their concerns. While living at Baywinde there have been several incidents of Baywinde staff entering my mother's residence while she has been out and without her permission.
