I wish my mother would move out of Baywinde. I think the staff who work in dining and house cleaning do their best to take good care of the residents there. But I have no confidence that the leadership of the facility cares about the residents or their concerns. While living at Baywinde there have been several incidents of Baywinde staff entering my mother's residence while she has been out and without her permission. Castle Pointe is a beautiful community nestled in the perfect area of Webster. The staff are fabulous and take the time to listen and learn what is important to the residents. I highly recommend this community.
