Such a beautiful place to work and the community speaks for itself. Lovely residents who are an absolute joy to serve and who bring a smile to my face every day. The staff are dedicated and incredible and they all truly take great pride in their individual roles to ensure our residents are living well and to ensure their needs are met.
Not a good work environment and they really don't care about the residents
My mother just recently moved into Castle Peak and is adjusting much better than I anticipated. I believe this is due to the incredible support from the staff who have been extremely kind, reassuring and attentive during such a major transition. One of the biggest reasons for choosing Castle Peak was the warmth of the staff and the demeanour of the residents.
