I truly wanted to give zero star one is too generous! Was speaking to John Baker and was mortified how he talks and responds to clients. He was very condescending and very rude with his responses and after I corrected him on his behavior he just laughed! I truly do not understand how someone in his profession can beat someone down when he or she does not understand the world he lives in.
