This GP is incredible. Such kind and caring staff, nothing is ever too much for them. They treat you like their own family members. You really feel advocated for by the doctors as well as by the receptionists. They've introduced a new system which means you don't get the same interaction with the lovely receptionists, but the turnaround on being spoken to or seen when you need it, is phenomenal. I must say, I don’t normally comment on reviews, but I’m just blown away by how professional and also kind ALL the staffs are. I have been a patient here for many years, and they have not change one bit (even with new additions). The staffs do their best to ensure that I am seen, and make emergency bookings for my kids if necessary. They do this tirelessly in my opinion and I wouldn’t recommend a better Practice. I've been with the surgery for 16 years and they are absolutely fantastic first class service every time . I recommend this doctors surgery for all ages .
