Worst. Usually I have to wait 1 hrs just to be called but this year took forever, they are very UNPROFESSIONAL,people get in and out without signing in, I guess they're either friends or tips on side for them, and everything is Loud, like a flea market, you can here other people's business, preferences with any of them, is 7-8 hrs to wait. This place gets worse every year. You’d think that they would prepare better every year but it’s always chaos. You have to wait so long, and all you hear is conversations of anything but taxes happening. Don’t forget the condescending attitude of some Tax Preparers there. You’re paying for a mandatory service with an attitude. Everyone sitting there complains about the same person and not going to her which is the funny part. Save your money and go Somewhere else.
