Loved the atmosphere and friendly customer service 😊 thanks to JP Martin hes willing to work with you and has great customer service.
Got a bedroom set and when returning home all items were not accounted. One piece missing and had to call the store and was told warehouse does that all the time. Had to make another 3 hour drive to pick up remaining item, and was not compensated or helped out in any way just disrespected like it was the costumer fault. Would not recommend.
Been a long time customer had no problems with purchasing appliances at Castle but my last purchase I've had major problems, management is not good he didn't know what he was doing, very bad service.
