Awful experience awful customer service bought a holder for a car and it snapped as I installed it as the Mechanism did not wirk. When I returned it for a refund, I was yelled out of the shop and refused any Refund or exchange apart from buying another one for half the price - do not go here this is not professional. Went to another shop and was told these guys have A terrible reputation, please avoid if you want to get anything sorted for your mobile phone.
The problem back again and need to paid again to done properly in another shop .
Paid to not have my headphones fixed. Came in with a pair of headphones with a faulty wire, they gave me a good price and said to come back in 2 hours. I came back and they'd fixed the wire but told me the driver needed replacing too and that would be twice the price. The drivers in these headphones are extremely specific and I cannot risk having the wrong ones put in, and this was now out of my budget. Bought a basic phone case and paid to get charger port cleaned out, cheap enough and took 15min
He charged me a massive £10 for a short HDMI cable, which was worth no more than a couple of quid. For various reasons, I needed it quickly and I reluctantly paid it. I blame myself. But the place is a rip-off.
