Over 2 days i've tried contacting them, Phoned and emailed, it's been 8 days since my savers went in from my wages, and it's still not showing up, my loan payment is now overdue, also it's now a bank holiday And i needed it, Well thanks for that....
Been a member this company for 7 years now received better service over the previous years. Recently the service has been appalling. Staff making errors, this is due to rushing and staff not communicating effectively with one another. Particular staff trying to blame you for their own errors and nick picking at things that are neither here or there.
