Shocking customer service from the ‘Collections Department’. Think her name was Kirsty? Rude, dismissive and kept interrupting me. She wouldn’t let me speak so I had to specifically tell her to stop talking so I could speak. Said she wasn’t interested in my reference details of which I reminded her by law that she has to note them down. I then informed her I withdraw my consent to verbal communication (especially if they deal with customers in her manner). Shocking customer service and support. Spoke with a customer advisor for the third time today at 9:40 am regarding double payment taken of a loan payment. The agent was rude, indifferent, and refused to escalate my complaint. Asked to speak with a manager and told no, at best it would take two days for a call back. Kept being told the same excuse over and over that it will be resolved, but it hasn’t been reimbursed. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the agent. Cannot recommend this bank at all. Castle Community Bank were there when I needed financial support. I have managed to repay my personal loan early. The whole experience was tremendous and I am extremely grateful for their help and support.
