1 star is too much. My mum passed away in July and unfortunately had a loan with these. They have been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Still allowing the account to go to further recovery. At what point is this okay to happen when the families of loved ones already have enough stress? Take MONTHS to contact back, I did speak to someone who I thought was going to be helpful, oh how wrong I was. Let’s see if they send me their complaints procedure and documents I have requested. Not hopeful.
Shocking customer service from the ‘Collections Department’. Think her name was Kirsty? Rude, dismissive and kept interrupting me. She wouldn’t let me speak so I had to specifically tell her to stop talking so I could speak. Said she wasn’t interested in my reference details of which I reminded her by law that she has to note them down. I then informed her I withdraw my consent to verbal communication (especially if they deal with customers in her manner). Shocking customer service and support. Spoke with a customer advisor for the third time today at 9:40 am regarding double payment taken of a loan payment. The agent was rude, indifferent, and refused to escalate my complaint. Asked to speak with a manager and told no, at best it would take two days for a call back. Kept being told the same excuse over and over that it will be resolved, but it hasn’t been reimbursed. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the agent. Cannot recommend this bank at all.
