The cashiers barely speak any English on top of that they do not follow proper procedure and regulation. The cashier with the long black hair refused to cash my check because I had already signed the check.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. These Dominicans have no training worse check cashiers, I can't wait for the arabs to buy them out and take over .
