Do not ever bring it EBT here to get your money out this place is a scam and I have the paper trails. I went in on August 4th into this place and my transaction shows that the other location is somewhere else at another cashier. On August 15th my money was stolen at 12:03 a.m. in Queens these people what they do is they take your money and transaction into another ATM or another cash checking place and they wait for the day your money comes and they take everything from you it's a scam and they're going to get reported

I have been going there for over 10 years. They are always very helpful and I have never had a problem. It would be nice if they painted and made the place look more professional. Raquel is the best, and so is the other employees.

The girls in Castle are great, especially Raquel. I have never had a problem, they are very helpful and polite. This establishment has rules and regulations they have to follow and I have been going there for 10 years and never had a bad experience .

Not open when they are supposed be. Rude especially when I worked for MSG across the street years ago. Clerk told I never cashed any checks there, like if my social security or address changed it something.
