Staff unfortunately need to be retrained on what products they have and what is what. I had sent a photo of what I needed to Gary, (I believe he’s an old bloke by speaking to him on the phone, so can understand that an honest mistake can happen) he informed me that they had it and it was called class 3, but when it was being unloaded I realised then, as I couldn’t see in the truck, that it was just crushed rock! Strongly advise that when dealing with this company highly recommend you check the truck with the product they have sent you, or youll be lumped with the wrong material in the middle of your driveway and told to deal with it.
