At that time there we no independent bakeries in the North County. We opened on February 26, 1996. In April of 2007 we moved across town and now have indoor seating.

Cake was decorated beautifully and tested just as good as it looked! I highly recommend Cassie’s cakes!
She made the coolest cake for my husband’s birthday party ever! Every guy in the party wants to have a cake like my husband does! 🤣🥰 And …it’s so yummy!
My fiance and I were staying in the Atascadero/Paso Robles area to celebrate our original wedding date (postponed due to COVID). We thought it would be fun to still have a small wedding cake to make the day special. Cassie made the cutest and most delicious tasting cake. It was perfect! I would absolutely recommend!
She did a great job on my granddaughters baby shower cake a few years ago there wasn't anything left today she produce a fabulous nitemare before Christmas 30th cakes and incredible best frosting and got her famous almond flavored cake try her out next will be her pies thank you cassie
