Like several others who are reviewing Cassia, my experiences have been very similar. Hired under certain promises, for example we pay for prep time and we pay for your supply expenses. Then a few weeks in - oh no, just prep time here at Lakeside AND it has to be within my hours which means they are NOT paying for prep time. Expenses? I moved from California to evergreen colorado and found a job with cassia elkrunn .I loved my supervisor, director of elkrunn he's amazing, and big think is our residents very nice to work with it
I have worked for Cassia before in the pass and it’s still issues going on I can’t believe I’ve been lied to about a resident broke her hip which is a lie I’ve been taken off the schedule for Absolutely no reason Nonthing has been done I’ve been waiting on a phone call just to say I’ve been Terminate me and my co work did every Protocol there is to report this resident fall I can’t wait to report this they got me messed up I’ve been Nonthing but a great employee I never called off never really been late and I Actually enjoye... read more
A very welcoming place with amazing people :)
My experience with their hire process was a huge disappointment!! They do not communicate clearly, they do not explain things clearly! They seemed to have gotten confused in the process, and then punished me for their own disorder, And started finding excuses to dismiss me! In that I did get a glimpse of how poorly they may treat their staff. Think we'll before choosing this company for employment! They may not be as nice as they present themselves to be! Good luck
