They will fire you for no reason at all. Anyone can lie and say you said this or did that and they will terminate you without any proof whatsoever, very unprofessional
Josh who is the head of Cassens is also completely indifferent to the drivers he has running Jeeps to and from Argus. He has an employee there who regularly incites a hostile workplace environment, but allows her to continue regardless of how many writeups she gets. There are also drivers who harass the security guards by expecting them to break the rules laid out in the SOP. The guards are not there to give the drivers whatever they want.
