I will never forgot when nurse wanted to give my mom Tylenol trough the mouth. I was terrified as my mom is NPO. NPO is usually prescribed as a safety precaution. Without it, you could become nauseous once contrast or sedation is administered because you have something in your stomach. This can lead to aspiration meaning you might uptake your stomach contents into your lungs. That's the scale of true neglect of this facility. I'm terrified of my mom's life.

This facility is not reachable. Sent few emails and made a few phone calls. No respond to get any news or update on my mom health status. Very sad and big minus. It feels like employee there are reluctant and suffering to give any service.

This facility is absolutely disgusting and heart sickening! I'm a nurse and they are the reason my grandfather passed away!!! Run while you can and keep your loving family member as far as you can from this place or other facilities that they own! They wouldn't even get 1 star from me and my family but the site did not give me an option 😡
