Mr. Gullo is the court appointed lawyer assigned to a child in a proceeding. From the start, he missed an appointment with the child that he made. And it just went downhill from there. When the opposing party who vehemently rejected the child since conception committed an act of domestic violence, Mr. Gullo voted to sever residential rights of the mother, the domestic violence victim.
