The property tax division does not answer their phone. It doesn't give you the option to leave a message for a call back. After multiple attempts, I elected another option to a different department who answered the phone and rerouted me to the Tax Assessors direct line. Once I reached them, were very helpful and patient in assisting me. However, whomever is in charge of setting up their phone lines needs to allow for a message to be left for a call back.
So very hard to connect with them. I've called 10 times one day and 10 times the next day and the 3rd day i just gave up!!!!! It's as if they are not required to take part in the good customer service experience.
