I'm very disappointed of cass county tax office stuff, never answers the phone and don't give an option to leave a message or something. They need to be more capable.
The property tax division does not answer their phone. It doesn't give you the option to leave a message for a call back. After multiple attempts, I elected another option to a different department who answered the phone and rerouted me to the Tax Assessors direct line. Once I reached them, were very helpful and patient in assisting me. However, whomever is in charge of setting up their phone lines needs to allow for a message to be left for a call back.
