The cass county prosecutor office has had the case of my stolen 2022 harley Davidson for over a year. They have been provided video evidence. Police have an admission. Address and even receipts. But don't know if they want to prosecute? What is the purpose of this office if not to seek justice. And this should be a slam dunk case. Easy work. Instead they are coddling criminals and encouraging the auto theft issue we have in the area.
