Needed to transport my wheelchair bound mother from an assisted living facility to a skilled nursing facility. Found Caspian on Google-ALL 5 star reviews! I agree! I filled out the short request for info on their website (pick up, drop off locations, day, time) and someone called me within 10mins, providing the quote. I was able to pay online easily. Ive used caspian services twice for my parent who is wheelchair bound. My parents flight was delayed several times, and caspian transportation was extremely patient and professional and treated my parents with kindness and respect after a very stressful flight.
This is my third time using Caspian medical Transport. As always, the driver was courteous, professional, and on time. The drivers are always careful, don’t speed, and as a result, I feel safe in their vehicles. They are my first choice for medical transport.
Mr. Sean took me to my medical procedure today. He was on time, very personable and professional. I recommend Caspian Transportation for all your transportation needs. I definitely will use his services again.
My mother needed to attend a doctors appointment and I wasn’t available to accompany her. The driver made sure that my.Mom got to her 3rd floor appointment at the Levine Cancer Institute after I realized I hadn’t booked it to be fully escorted but just door to door. .i had a moment of panic but he assured me he’d figure it out and communicated well throughout.
