Made me wait for more than a week for a simple intake. Told me I can't win without hearing the facts entirely. Then decided to argue with me. I'm disabled and need someone to fight for me. I was instead left with the impression that they don't do anything if it's too hard. I even said I'm willing to pay for their services but instead I was "advised" my best path would be to lose everything, go on Medicaid and then spend money I wouldn't have on doctors who do nothing for me - you know, to make the case easy for them to win. ... read more
