Cason's Equipment was founded by Thomas Cason III in 1974. Tom Sr. was the sole proprietor and employee for many years, and started the business as a saw blade, chain and tool sharpening business. I spent many hours at the shope's with Tom Sr. as a child and learned the work ethic and determination it takes to be successful in small business. We have been customers for years, both for whole-house generators and lawn equipment, and the team there has always been professional and courteous. Dan Rousseau went above and beyond for us today. After a strong thunderstorm knocked out power, the generator failed to start. Our battery was 3.5 years old and likely not strong enough.
