Very professional, kept us informed on arrival and work to be done
John did a complete audit of the installation inside and out. He explained all of the components in detail. He performed a full test of a power outage and ensured everything behaved as it should. He fine tuned some of the settings while in putting the generator in service mode. He then looked under the hood, giving it an examination, checked the oil and wiped down the generator as if it were a Rolls Royce…which it is!
