Cason power solutions is fantastic to work with. Purchased a backup power system for the house 5 years ago and it has been flawless... And a real comfort! The team at Cason is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They know their stuff! It's nice to work with a firm that is local, family owned and not some division of a big Wall Street franchise. The service technician, John, is a wealth of knowledge and I really enjoy talking with him this year's service visit. Thank you everybody!
John came over to fix my Generac generator which has not been working. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The service call was excellent.
