I have been a frequent customer and have spent a significant amount of money at this casino over time. Unfortunately, my experiences have become increasingly disappointing due to what I feel is unfair treatment and a lack of accountability when concerns are raised. On multiple occasions, management has appeared to side with dealers even when legitimate issues were brought to their attention. Came here for my 35th birthday! Service was excellent! The dealers were so friendly. Multiple blackjack tables! Got to spin the wheel and won a free dinner! Will be back for sure. Love that there is horse betting too-will try this next time!
