I purchased an IHOP Gift card to send to my friend and when she tried to open it she received a message saying that it couldn't be viewed. I reached out to CashStar about the error because I saw the gift card came from them instead of IHOP and the following day I received an email saying they sent a new egift card. Scam. Ordered a gift card from a legit retailer and it never showed up, despite multiple attempts and emails with the company. If you see this company is the one who sends out gift cards, e-gift cards, etc. run! Or just expect you’ll never get it delivered.

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0 stars to CashStar. I attempted to purchase a Nordstrom gift card through their website, and most of my payment cards were inexplicably declined. After calling Nordstrom customer service, I was directed to CashStar — an outside company now handling their gift card processing.
