Scam. Ordered a gift card from a legit retailer and it never showed up, despite multiple attempts and emails with the company. If you see this company is the one who sends out gift cards, e-gift cards, etc. run! Or just expect you’ll never get it delivered.

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0 stars to CashStar. I attempted to purchase a Nordstrom gift card through their website, and most of my payment cards were inexplicably declined. After calling Nordstrom customer service, I was directed to CashStar — an outside company now handling their gift card processing. When I reached out to CashStar, they couldn’t explain the issue and only offered to “open an investigation,” which could take time. From some reviews I just read after buying a Roblox card, without knowing what website it actually was, I know that I got scammed and I would recommend reading details about the websites first to figure out if it’s legit or not and these are photos of my purchase, the link was the supposed “card” that I received.
