I successfully set up my account online today, 3/17/20. I was doing other things when I was doing this and I forgot my user ID. There is no forgot user ID only forgot password link. I didn't forget my password, just my user ID. When you click forgot password, it says to put in your user ID. I hope they don't take my paycheck. I believe they are a fraud company. I forbid them access to anything.
The worst prepaid card I’ve had ever had!!! My tax refund was sent to this card of $35.00 three weeks ago and till this day they have not released my funds.. I’ve called customer service which was the worst customer service ever!! I had asked when my funds were going to get released she said it won’t until we get 2 forms of identification!! Really I have to do that when your getting my refund and which I already activated the card you want me to send two forms of identification!!
