Their app is HORRIFIC and they don't care enough to change it. I live remote from CVB so I need to deposit checks via their app. It usually takes me 10 attempts because the app can't read the signature, can't read the borders, the lighting isn't good, hands shake, etc.. However, I also deposit checks to my BOA account and use the BOA app - the BOA app automatically takes the picture and sometimes when I'm not ready, yet it deposits every check the first time, every time. The dealer dept customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I have used cashmere valley bank for years now. Savings, car loans, CDs. You couldn’t ask for more honest and friendly people that you can 100% trust with your finances.
100% satisfied customer. Jeff was amazing. I think he sensed I knew enough to try and ask questions that fit into his wheelhouse. I didn't know enough about amortization. After all the calculations, I was way better off than I'd thought. But, it took some time to get there. Sometimes customers have to "argue" as in "debate" each other's position. Jeff was willing to do that, and not take it personally. And, I know Jeff has the bank's interests to protect. It's his job. He understood I had my own interest to protect, too.
