The title loan process was very easy it's just trying to get your title back after you pay them off!!! I had to call multiple times to find out if they had my title and when I did get it back a month later I found out that they still have a lien on my car!! Paid them off within 30 days!!! Now 6 months later they still have not released it!!!! Waiting for as call from upper management 🤬
